A heavy flood caused by
the high rainfall hit Jakarta and Greater Jakarta since the last three days,
taking a toll of 24 lives up to the time of writing while ten
thousands residents are evacuated and become refugee. Millions of houses
and residence inundated, including business districts. Estimate
says that 30% of the city has been overflow by the water,
including the presidential palace. The capital city of Indonesia
with 9 million populations (13 million including the Greater
Jakarta) is paralyzed.
