What are your services?

Basically  our services are divided into stock photo (already-made photos), assignment (tailor-made) and art prints (fine art prints  and buying landscape photos; both can serve as personal collection or home/office decoration and be hanging on the wall). We also do the Corporate photography (annual report, company profile, brochure). Please read our services if you want to learn more.

How many images do you have in your image library?

Currently we have thousands image which growing steadily. We have some plans in the future to make them online. Now you can inquire the images you are looking for here.

We would like to use your image, can we?

Yes you can. We license our images for editorial, commercial, corporate and web sites.

How can we use your images?

You can fill in this form and we will respond ASAP, or you can contact us.

Do we have to pay for the images we want to use?

Yes you should, just like everyone. We are in the business of providing images to photo buyers and there are considerable cost incurred just like in other businesses.

Can we learn a bit about your cost?

To provide illustration about our costs: Production cost: all cost of producing the photos ; Preparation cost: related to the digital workflow that is very labor intensive and time consuming,  stocking, cataloging ; Overhead cost including the cost to maintain this site ; Investment: countless photography equipment (and they are expensive) and don’t forget computer hardware and software; all of them must be added, replaced and updated regularly; Depreciation of the investment.

But our budget is limited…can you give us the images for free?

Would you ask the same question to your printer, publication house or author? Sorry, we don’t give our images for free (except for educational purpose) and are not interested in exchange it with photo credit or url link. Our photographers are professional in their field.

How do you price the image?

Our price is fair and affordable. The price depends on the usage: editorial/commercial/corporate. Just contact us for further information.

But some other sources sell their images for almost US$ 1/image for whatever usage…?

It’s the royalty free scheme...we don’t do that. Our philosophy is to bring mutual benefit for each party in this business, not for the company and the client only, but also for the photographers. Beside, it’s usually under subscription base where you must pay several hundreds dollar to be able to enjoy the low price. It is common that buyers only need specific image. With us, you pay for what you need. And our price is fair and affordable.

Are you distinguished from other image sources?

Yes, certainly. Quality always comes first, both in terms of product as well as service to client. And speaking about product, many of our images are fresh and unique. We also have ability to respond not only in timely manner but also in customizations, potentially making us your reliable source for image and photography service. In short, we provide “value” for client.

What type of format do you use?

Currently our format is digital capture and 35mm slide.

What type of images do you send to us?

We can adjust to your requirements, otherwise we will use ours.

How do you deliver the images to us?

We send the DVD/CD by Fedex, DHL, EMS or mail. We will process the hi-res upon receiving payment.

How do we pay you?

Payment in IDR, USD or Euro by bank transfer, check (which is slow and can delay your delivery) or by telegraphic transfer (fast but more expensive). Sorry Paypal is not usable at this time.

How much time do you need to prepare the hi-res image?

Normally it takes 1-2 working days, depends on the quantity. We have full time staff. Don’t worry.

What is your stock coverage?

At this time we focus on Indonesia in terms of geography, making us as one of the principal source of Indonesian imagery. Nevertheless, our stock consist of tens categories as well as the universal ones. Possibly we’ll include other countries in the future.

If we purchase print, who own the copyright?

If you purchase a print, you have the right for the print. It means you can use it to your own liking (hang it on the wall, in your office, etc), sell the print, but you can’t repro it, scan it because the copyright remains to the photographer.

Do you sell the print with the frame?

No, we believe you have varying preference and needs of frame (color, shape, etc).

Are you available for assignment abroad?

Yes we are.

Can we use your image for web site?

Please inform us your web site and we will inform you the conditions.
